This will include managing acquisition workstreams, supporting integration planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery from due diligence through to business integration. You will take ownership of timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issues, acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following:
- Excellent experience as a Project Manager
- Strong M&A, acquisitions, commercial integration or corporate development project experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end integration projects following acquisitions or strategic business change
- Experience managing complex cross-functional commercial programmes
- Strong skills in project governance, risk management and budget control
- Certified in project management (i.e. PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent prioritisation skills across multiple concurrent projects
- Exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and executive teams
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager keen to take ownership of high-profile strategic initiatives. You will have the ability to influence stakeholders, drive collaboration across matrix teams, and ensure the successful delivery of commercially critical projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will lead end-to-end project delivery, owning governance, timelines, risks, budgets, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as the key stakeholder contact, you will provide clear project updates, build strong relationships across the business, coordinate internal and external partners, resolve challenges, and ensure successful integration and delivery outcomes. You will also play a key role in embedding best practice across project delivery, supporting future acquisition activity, and contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation’s change capability.
