What you’ll do
- Raise and manage purchase orders in Sage
- Coordinate inbound shipments (air & sea) and select freight forwarders
- Track deliveries and maintain accurate ETA data
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, sales, and freight partners
- Manage shipping documentation and customs paperwork
- Maintain product data, pricing, and system accuracy
- Support warehouse queries, bookings, and delivery schedules
What we’re looking for
- Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain admin – experience of the office equipment supplies market would also be ideal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
- ERP experience (Sage preferred)
- Proactive, hands-on, and highly organised
