Annual salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
You’ll take full ownership of projects from sales handover through design, fabrication, and installation — acting as the central point of contact for clients and coordinating across internal teams throughout. It’s a hands-on role in a close-knit, experienced engineering business with a strong reputation for quality and long-term customer relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking project handover from Sales and acting as the main client point of contact
- Surveying customer sites and defining project scope
- Producing GA concepts and briefing the Drawing Office
- Coordinating design, fabrication, and installation activities
- Managing project schedules, materials, costs, and hired equipment
- Supporting safe systems of work and installation planning
- Reviewing completed projects and feeding learning back into the business
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and confidence reading technical drawings
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset — comfortable in a hands-on engineering setting
- Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
