£60,000 | 37.5 hours

Are you a senior leader in children’s residential care ready to make a wider impact? We’re hiring a Regional Support Manager to support multiple services and drive high-quality care outcomes.

The Role

A fast-paced, hands-on position supporting homes across the region where extra leadership is needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide parachute support to Registered Managers
• Deliver audits, coaching & mentoring
• Step in as interim manager when required
• Support teams to maintain safe, therapeutic environments
• Identify risks and drive service improvement

About You

• Strong background in children’s residential care (EBD)
• Proven leadership across multiple or complex services
• Solid knowledge of Ofsted & safeguarding
• Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
• Passion for improving outcomes for young people

(Trauma-informed experience desirable)
