2- 3 months interim cover for a highly experienced Employee Relations professional

Location: Hemel Hempstead (Site Based)

Start Date: Post available immediately

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Paying: £18.00 per hour

Tate has an opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Lead to join a busy operational business on a temporary basis for an initial 2–3-month assignment. This is a hands-on role requiring a confident employee relations specialist who can quickly take ownership of a high-volume caseload and provide expert guidance to managers and senior stakeholder

  • ce.Manage employment tribunal cases and liaise with legal representatives where requir
  • ed.Support organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy consultations and TUPE activiti
  • es.Build effective relationships with trade unions and support consultation and negotiation process
  • es.Coach and support managers in handling employee relations issues confidently and consistent
  • ly.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and governance standar
  • ds.Identify trends, mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement across employee relations process

es.About

  • YouCIPD qualified (Level 5 preferred) or equivalent experie
  • nce.Significant employee relations experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environm
  • ent.Proven track record of managing complex and high-volume employee relations cases from start to fin
  • ish.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employment tribunal proces
  • ses.Experience working with trade unions and managing industrial relations matt
  • ers.Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management ski
  • lls.Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a commercially focused appro
  • ach.Passionate about creating fair, inclusive and effective workplace practi
