£150,000 Basic + 25% Bonus + LTIPs
I’m currently partnering with a highly respected, fast-growing wealth management business that is looking to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer to its Executive Leadership Team.
This is a newly created, high-profile position reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and commercial success of the business.
- Executive-level appointment with significant influence across the organisation
- Lead and develop 4 Regional Directors
- Drive performance across sales, marketing, proposition, corporate functions, and training & competence
- Shape and execute commercial strategy in a scaling, acquisitive environment
- Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational delivery
