An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a premium care provider in Buckinghamshire.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a highly capable operator who can hit the ground running, take ownership of multiple service functions, and drive exceptional standards across a luxury environment.

With several new developments already in the pipeline, this position offers genuine progression opportunities for the right individual, with scope to support future openings and grow into a broader regional or operational role as the business expands.

The Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee all non-clinical operations within the home, ensuring an outstanding experience for residents, families, and visitors alike.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Food & Beverage operations
  • Kitchen and culinary services
  • Housekeeping
  • Activities and resident engagement
  • Front of House, reception and concierge functions
  • Budget management and cost control
  • Service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Team leadership, development, and succession planning

You will champion a hospitality-first culture, building strong relationships with residents and their families, proactively managing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are consistently delivered.

About You:

This role requires an established hospitality professional with the confidence and experience to make an immediate impact.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, premium care, or high-end service environments
  • Can lead large, multidisciplinary teams and maintain exceptional service standard’s
  • Is commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and operational performance
  • Possesses excellent people leadership skills and a strong coaching mindset
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable taking ownership from day one
  • Is ambitious and keen to develop into a wider operational role as the organisation continues to grow
