Location: Solihull (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in office)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + bonus + benefits

The Role

We are looking for a Membership Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of membership services, network groups, and partnership activity across the organisation.

Reporting to the Director of Membership & Strategic Engagement, you will ensure membership activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard—supporting engagement, retention, and organisational impact.

This role plays a key part in coordinating major initiatives such as the Energy & Utilities Skills Partnership (EUSP), National Skills Academy forums, and the Energy & Utilities Careers & Jobs platform (EUCJ).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of membership services, including onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and record management
  • Oversee delivery and performance of the Energy & Utilities Careers & Jobs (EUCJ) platform, ensuring engagement and KPI achievement
  • Coordinate membership and network activity across energy, gas, power, water, and waste sectors
  • Ensure governance, forums, and membership outputs are delivered to a consistently high and professional standard
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with member organisations and strategic partners
  • Act as a central coordination point to support membership retention and growth
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and produce insight-led reporting to support decision-making

About You

You will be a highly organised and proactive professional, able to coordinate complex activity and build strong stakeholder relationships.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a membership organisation, trade body, or stakeholder-focused environment
  • Strong experience coordinating meetings, forums, or governance activity
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to a high standard
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience within energy, utilities, or a similar sector
