Leveraged Finance Associate | London
A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Leveraged Finance Associate to join its growing London finance practice.
The team advises lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The work includes acquisition finance, cashflow lending and leveraged buyouts, with exposure to a variety of financing structures and a diverse client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance lawyer looking to take on greater responsibility within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team. Associates are given significant client exposure, encouraged to lead key workstreams and play an active role in business development and practice growth.
The Candidate
- England & Wales qualified lawyer
- Strong leveraged finance experience gained at a recognised finance practice
- Experience acting on acquisition finance and leveraged lending transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
- Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage matters and workstreams with increasing autonomy
