About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator looking to take ownership of projects within a quality-focused business, working closely with the Technical Director and wider project teams to help drive developments from acquisition through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing external consultants including architects, engineers and specialist designers.
- Assisting with the technical design process from land acquisition through to project completion.
- Reviewing technical drawings, details and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
- Managing planning conditions, statutory approvals and utility applications.
- Coordinating design information and resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Supporting value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and build quality.
- Assisting with technical appraisals and due diligence for potential land acquisitions.
- Working closely with commercial, construction and sales teams to support successful project delivery.
- Monitoring consultant performance, design programmes and project milestones across multiple developments.
Qualifications
- Experience working for a residential developer or housebuilder.
- Proven experience in a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, design coordination and development processes.
- Experience managing external consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
- Good knowledge of planning, building regulations and statutory approval processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant construction, architectural or engineering qualifications would be advantageous.

Pay range and compensation package
Up to £75,000 + Package (DOE)
