A leading UK manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its engineering team at a highly regulated production facility in Norfolk
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with a strong reputation for operational excellence, safety and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining critical plant equipment, ensuring reliability across a complex process manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mechanical maintenance of pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Valve refurbishment, repair and pressure testing activities.
- Mechanical assembly and pipework preparation.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Supporting root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records through the CMMS system.
- Promoting high standards of engineering housekeeping, safety and compliance.
About You
- Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
