Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner to support a major transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior managers to provide strategic HR support
- Support organisational change, restructures and service redesign
- Lead on complex employee relations matters
- Support workforce planning and organisational development
- Work with trade unions and key stakeholders
- Use workforce data to drive improvement
- Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently
About You:
- HR Business Partner experience within Local Government
- Strong experience supporting transformation and change programmes
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to operate effectively in a complex, political environment
