Head of Education (premium beauty & hair)

Our client is a fast growing global beauty brand who are looking for an experienced Head of Education to lead and evolve their professional education strategy.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing world-class training programmes, driving salon engagement and loyalty, growing education-led revenue, and positioning the brand as the market leader within the professional beauty sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver the education strategy across UK and international markets.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing education team and ambassador network.
• Create innovative training programmes, certifications, events and digital learning content.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive commercial growth and customer retention.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and key customer engagements.
• Build strong relationships with salons, distributors, and industry influencers.

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience leading Education, Training or Academy functions within the professional beauty, hair, or aesthetics industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially minded with a track record of using education to drive business growth.
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences and elevating brand standards.
