The Role:
My client are looking for an experienced live events professional to play a key role in shaping, delivering and elevating exceptional event experiences across the globe. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position where you’ll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale conferences, exhibitions, brand activations and live events, while managing and developing a talented team of Project Managers and Producers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex live events and experiences.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers and Producers.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted senior partner.
- Developing project plans, budgets, timelines and delivery strategies.
- Overseeing supplier selection, negotiation and management.
- Ensuring operational excellence across risk management, sustainability and compliance.
- Supporting new business activity, pitches and presentations.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
- Encouraging innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across projects and processes.
About You:
You’ll have significant experience delivering large-scale conferences, exhibitions, events or experiential projects, ideally in an agency or fast-paced client-facing environment.
You’ll be a natural leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, bringing confidence and calmness to both clients and colleagues.
