Senior Project Manager – HVAC
Location: Maidstone, Kent Salary: £55,000–£70,000 per annum (depending on experience) Benefits: Company Car, Pension, Holiday Allowance, Career Progression
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical services projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Lead project planning, programming, procurement, and resource allocation.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Oversee quality assurance and ensure successful project delivery.
Support and mentor junior project managers and site teams where required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the HVAC or mechanical building services sector.
Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installations and M&E projects.
Experience managing projects from design through to completion.
Excellent commercial awareness and budget management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
Experience with NEC or JCT contracts.
