Senior Buyer – Food Category
I’m working with a well-established and growing retail business that is looking to appoint a Senior Buyer to take ownership of a significant food category.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced food buying professional who enjoys range development, supplier management and driving commercial performance.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven food buying experience
• Experience working with distributors and managing supplier relationships
• A track record of reviewing, rationalising and improving product ranges
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
• Experience within a specialist retail environment would be highly advantageous
The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The business is committed to attracting the best talent regardless of location and will cover all travel, accommodation and meal expenses for office visits.
