Sales Team Leader – Call Centre Operations

We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious business in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader to support and drive a team of 20 high-performing, call centre-based Sales Executives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching, developing people, and delivering results.

The Role

As Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy call centre operation, ensuring targets are met while maintaining a positive and motivating team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales advisors
  • Driving sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets
  • Monitoring call quality, conversion rates, and team productivity
  • Supporting the implementation of effective sales strategies and process improvements
  • Conducting regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and training sessions
  • Creating a high-energy, positive, and accountable team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience leading or supervising a sales team within a call centre environment
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and improving team performance
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and development
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
