  • Auctions
  • Open market sales
  • Conditional sales
  • Community asset transfers
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of assets, including:
  • Industrial properties
  • Agricultural land
  • Garages
  • Sites with housing development potential
• Manage a disposal pipeline of approximately 70 assets over a five-year programme, with the pipeline reviewed and amended annually following strategy reviews.
• Lead the end-to-end disposal process, including options appraisals, stakeholder engagement, and transaction management.
