What you need

• A relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or significant experience delivering primary-level tutoring/targeted interventions
• Right to work in the UK
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtaining one).
• Experience working with children in primary educational settings, particularly those engaging with catch-up programmes, SATs preparation, or nurture groups
• Proven experience supporting individuals with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN)
• Skills in implementing adapted lesson plans and formative assessments tailored to individual student capabilities and learning styles
• Strong background in fostering fundamental literacy and numeracy skills, confidence, and a love for learning within a school or tutoring setting.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to track student progress and provide effective feedback
• A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with children, parents, and educational staff.
