Hunter Dunning is working with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering projects across the East Midlands. This opportunity offers autonomy, remote working and the chance to represent clients across a varied portfolio of developments from site inception through to completion.
Your Experience
• Experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, Site Manager or similar construction-related position
• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical detailing and Building Regulations
• Experience across new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and contract programmes
• NEC Supervisor experience or accreditation advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
