As a family-run business at an exciting stage of growth, we’re looking for a Freelance Junior Graphic designer to join our small team and help shape the next chapter of our brand—bringing fresh, digital-first ideas and compelling visual storytelling across every touchpoint.

Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our small creative team and help shape how people experience our brand Lone Star Daughters across every digital touchpoint.

From our website and email campaigns to social content and digital marketing, we are looking for someone who will create thoughtful, digital-first designs that makes our brand feel consistent, engaging and memorable.

Working closely with the Creative Director and wider team, you’ll help evolve and elevate our visual identity across campaigns, content and e-commerce, bringing fresh ideas and a strong understanding of how great design performs across digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a small, independent family-run fashion brand and play a hands-on role in building something bigger.

Key Skills:

  • Strong digital design skills across layout, image-making and social-first content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (experience with Mailchimp and Shopify is a bonus).
  • A strong eye for typography, colour and composition.
  • An understanding of how content performs across social media, e-commerce and email.
  • Knowledge of current social platforms, formats and digital trends.
  • An interest in fashion, culture and independent brands.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team to create customer focussed digital experiences across all our digital touch points.
  • Make sure branding and campaign experience is consistent across all platforms.
  • Design and create digital first assets across socials, webstore, emails and campaigns – balancing bold brand expression with usability and product story telling.
  • Support creative projects across social, PR and marketing.
  • Contribute ideas for social content, creative campaigns and digital storytelling.
