Workshop Supervisor Stafford

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead an engineering team supporting plant, MHE and HGV maintenance activity. The role is working days Monday-Friday

.You will coordinate work, support engineers, maintain quality standards and help ensure safe, efficient delivery across defence equipment assets

.What you’ll be doing

• Supervise, support and develop a team of engineers
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and activity
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety standards
• Complete inspections and quality checks
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues

.What we’re looking for

• Experience in plant, MHE, HGV or mechanical maintenance
• Previous supervisory experience in a workshop, service centre or engineering environment
• Mechanical engineering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3
• Strong communication, organisation and people management skills
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Full UK driving licence
