Rate
£33.00 to £35.00 per hour (PAYE)
Assistance on travel expenses is available (subject to review).
Location and Working Pattern
Whitehaven, Cumbria, with some hybrid working flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Produce detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate designs with architects and structural and MEP consultants.
- Develop practical and buildable solutions for complex designs.
- Ensure technical accuracy and design compliance across all drawings.
- Identify areas for design improvement and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Support project teams to deliver interior and envelope works to high standards.
Must-have Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or BIM software.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prior experience with ceilings, dry lining, partition walls, encasements, or façade interfaces.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.
Nice-to-have Skills
- HND/Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- CAD certification.
