Rate

£33.00 to £35.00 per hour (PAYE)

Assistance on travel expenses is available (subject to review).

Location and Working Pattern

Whitehaven, Cumbria, with some hybrid working flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate designs with architects and structural and MEP consultants.
  • Develop practical and buildable solutions for complex designs.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and design compliance across all drawings.
  • Identify areas for design improvement and contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Support project teams to deliver interior and envelope works to high standards.

Must-have Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or BIM software.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Prior experience with ceilings, dry lining, partition walls, encasements, or façade interfaces.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.

Nice-to-have Skills

  • HND/Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • CAD certification.
