Permanent Recruitment Consultant (Part-Qualified & Newly Qualified Finance) | NHB Recruitment

NHB Recruitment is looking for an experienced, ambitious Permanent Recruitment Consultant to help build and grow our part-qualified and newly qualified finance recruitment offering. This is a genuine growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants real ownership—not just a seat at a desk.

Working pattern: Hybrid working, with flexibility to split your time between the office and home.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in growing our permanent recruitment business across part-qualified and newly qualified finance appointments, developing both the client base and candidate network. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your desk, drive business development, and build long-term client and candidate relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing permanent recruitment assignments from initial brief through to successful placement
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-calibre part-qualified and newly qualified finance professionals
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of finance candidates across the PQ and NQ market
  • Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
  • Advising clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer management and negotiation
  • Maintaining a consistent business development strategy to generate new opportunities
  • Mapping markets and identifying talent pipelines within your specialist area
  • Contributing ideas and initiatives to support the continued growth of the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment (finance recruitment would be advantageous)
  • A strong billing track record and evidence of consistent success
  • Commercially minded with a genuine desire to grow and develop a successful desk
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to make a real impact in a growing business
