£29,000 – £32,000 per annum + sleep-ins, overtime and enhanced shift rates

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join a therapeutic 3-bed Children’s Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated residential childcare professional who is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people through trauma-informed, child-centred care.
✅ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 1 year’s experience within a Children’s Residential Home
✅ Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
