We’re looking for an exceptional Plant Quality Manager to lead all Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Operations, Batch Release and Compliance activities across our manufacturing operation.
Working closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs and R&D, you’ll play a key role in embedding a proactive quality culture that supports operational performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading QA, QC, Analytical, Microbiology and Packaging Inspection teams.
- Ensuring compliant and efficient batch release of raw materials, bulk products and finished goods.
- Managing quality investigations, deviations, non-conformances and CAPA activities.
- Maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 22716 and internal Quality Management Systems.
- Leading internal audits, external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Driving continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis and FMEA.
- Coaching, developing and mentoring high-performing quality teams.
- Collaborating across manufacturing functions to improve quality, efficiency and delivery performance.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering measurable results, including:
✔ Improving Right First Time (RFT) performance
✔ Increasing on-time batch release
✔ Reducing production holds through effective CAPA and root cause analysis
✔ Improving manufacturing schedule adherence
You’ll bring
- Significant Quality leadership experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems and regulatory compliance.
- Experience leading Quality Assurance, Quality Control and laboratory functions.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- The ability to influence across multiple business functions and drive a culture of quality excellence.
