Wealth Management Administrator

Location: Alderley Edge, Cheshire

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded and growing wealth management firm based in Alderley Edge, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join their professional and client-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their career within financial services, supporting advisers and paraplanners in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • Process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and savings products.
  • Prepare client documentation, reports, illustrations, and meeting packs.
  • Liaise with product providers, platforms, and third parties to obtain information and progress cases.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is up to date and compliant.
  • Manage client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor business pipelines and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Assist with annual reviews, valuations, and client servicing requirements.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a Wealth Management, Financial Planning, IFA, or Financial Services administration role.
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience using industry systems and provider platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
