About the job:

Monolution are seeking an experienced 5 Axis CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our growing and diverse Operations Team. Working a weekend shift, it is your responsibility to deliver high-quality components on time and in full whilst working to best practice and embracing continuous improvement to meet the strategic vision for the company. The role demands a skilled, positive and dynamic person that works well in our team but also individually through the weekend shift.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

·        Must be an experienced machinist with a proven track record.

·        Experienced at programming, setting and operating multi-axis machining centres.

·        Previous experience of machining a wide range or material, on small batch precision components.

·        Preferably worked in a motorsport, aerospace or a similarly disciplined field.

·        Previous knowledge of CAM software Fusion 360 and Heidenhain controllers would be ideal.
