Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Boutique

We are looking for a confident and client-focused Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate to join a premium fashion boutique environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of luxury customer service, creating a warm, welcoming and personalised in-store experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive clienteling, repeat visits and tailored follow-up.
• Provide styling advice, outfit building and product recommendations aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal collections.
• Support walk-in clients as well as booked appointments, ensuring every client receives an elevated experience.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance and KPIs.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across all categories, including ready-to-wear, accessories and seasonal key pieces.
• Support visual merchandising, shopfloor recovery and daily store standards to ensure a premium presentation at all times.
• Assist with stockroom operations, deliveries, replenishment and general back-of-house organisation.
• Confidently operate tills, process transactions and support admin tasks accurately and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver seamless service and a strong brand image.
• For Senior Sales Associate level: act as a key point of support on the shopfloor, mentor newer team members and help lead by example in service and sales behaviours.

About You

• Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion retail is highly desirable.
• Strong communicator with a genuine passion for people, service and style.
• Commercially minded, confident on the shopfloor and motivated by targets and results.
• Able to work flexibly across weekends and evenings as required.
