Junior Account Manager / Account Manager (Media & Performance), Rickmansworth / Hybrid – Up to £40K

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join a highly respected, full-service marketing agency that combines creative thinking, media expertise, data and AI to deliver outstanding results for an impressive portfolio of clients.

This isn’t your typical account management role.

You’ll be trusted to own client relationships while staying close to campaign delivery, working alongside specialists across media, performance, strategy, creative, content and analytics to make sure every campaign performs as well as it possibly can.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts and becoming their trusted day-to-day contact
  • Leading integrated campaigns from briefing through to delivery, reporting and optimisation
  • Working closely with media, performance, creative, strategy and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
  • Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
  • Monitoring budgets, timelines and project delivery
  • Presenting campaign updates, insights and recommendations to clients
  • Supporting campaign launches, quarterly reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Helping to grow existing client relationships while maintaining exceptional levels of service

What we’re looking for

You’ll probably have around 3–5 years’ experience within a media agency, digital agency or integrated marketing environment and be ready to take ownership of both clients and campaigns.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong client relationship and account management experience
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • A solid understanding of paid media and digital marketing
  • Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, TikTok or similar
  • The confidence to interpret campaign data and make commercial recommendations
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering great work

Experience within Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services or B2B would be advantageous, as would exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, SEO, website optimisation or reporting platforms such as GA4 or Looker Studio.
