We’re partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a Professional Support Lawyer into its highly regarded Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate lawyer who enjoys the technical side of law and wants to play a key role in shaping best practice, supporting fee earners and driving innovation across a market-leading team.
Whether you’re an established Practice Development Lawyer or a Senior Associate, Principal Associate or Legal Director looking to move into a knowledge-focused role, we’d love to hear from you. Our client is particularly interested in candidates who have had exposure to creating, maintaining and developing precedents, even if this hasn’t been your sole focus to date.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with an experienced Managing Practice Development Lawyer, you’ll become an integral part of a nationally recognised Real Estate practice, with responsibility across a broad range of knowledge management and technical legal support activities.
Your work will include:
- Advising fee earners on technical legal queries
- Monitoring legal developments and undertaking legal research
- Creating client briefings, updates and practice notes
- Delivering training to colleagues and clients
- Creating, reviewing and maintaining precedents
- Supporting legal innovation and automation projects
- Helping manage risk and best practice across the team
- Collaborating closely with lawyers to understand market developments and emerging client needs
About You:
You’ll be an England & Wales qualified Real Estate lawyer with:
- Experience at Senior Associate level or above
- Strong technical Real Estate knowledge
- Exposure to drafting, developing or maintaining precedents
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in knowledge sharing, training and legal innovation
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business
