This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, relationship-led salesperson who enjoys converting high-quality enquiries, delivering exceptional service and helping clients book unforgettable luxury travel experiences. If you have a background in sales, travel, hospitality or another consultative customer-facing environment and you’re motivated by targets and earning potential we’d love to hear from you.

Our consultants work with clients by phone, email and live chat to understand their travel plans, recommend the right villas and convert enquiries into bookings. For the right person, this is a genuine opportunity to build a rewarding career in luxury travel sales with uncapped commission and strong earning potential.

The role

As a Luxury Villa Sales Consultant, you’ll manage villa rental enquiries from new and existing clients, guiding them through the booking process from first enquiry to confirmed stay. You’ll combine outstanding customer service with a commercial mindset, building trust, understanding client needs and converting enquiries into high-value bookings.

You’ll work closely with our US sales team, use our CRM system to manage leads effectively and play an important role in driving revenue, repeat business and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound villa rental enquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver a highly personalised sales experience
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored villa stays based on their needs
  • Convert enquiries into bookings while working towards individual sales and conversion targets
  • Maximise opportunities for repeat business and customer retention

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and US sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across destinations, villas and client preferences

  • Experience in a sales, travel sales, reservations, hospitality or other customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence building relationships with clients and handling enquiries over the phone, email and live chat
  • A target-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales and conversion goals
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
  • A professional, polished and customer-focused approach
  • Availability to work a rota that includes one weekend day per week

Desirable

  • Experience in luxury travel, villa rentals, hospitality, reservations or high-end customer service
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Consultative sales or upselling experience

Salary & benefits

  • £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission
  • Realistic OTE of £40,000–£50,000+, depending on performance and experience
  • Extensive training and support to help you succeed
  • Access to high-tech sales tools and systems
  • Opportunity to work with a premium global travel brand
  • Beautiful office setting in a country house near Canterbury

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine a passion for travel with strong earning potential in a fast-paced, luxury sales environment, we’d love to hear from you.
