SHEQ Coordinator

Location: Buxton

Salary: £32,000–£40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SHEQ management systems and processes.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 standards and audit activities.
• Maintain SHEQ documentation and reports.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across the business.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a SHEQ, Quality, Health & Safety, or Compliance role.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment or a related industrial/engineering field is essential.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and document control systems.

Desirable:

• NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001.
