One of London’s most respected super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Site Manager to join its growing team.
This role would particularly suit a Site Manager working within a larger super-prime or main contractor who feels ready for more responsibility and a clearer route towards Project Management.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high-end residential projects typically ranging from £5m to £10m.
Projects regularly include:
- Complex refurbishments
- Structural alterations
- Basement construction
- Listed and heritage buildings
- Luxury fit-outs
- Bespoke finishes and specialist packages
You will take responsibility for site operations, programme management, quality control, subcontractor coordination and health & safety, ensuring projects are delivered to the exceptional standards for which the business is known.
The Person
We are looking for a proactive and professional Site Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects.
You are likely to have:
- Experience managing high-end residential or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A keen eye for quality and detail
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
