PROJECT MANAGER

Contract: Healthcare

Location: London, E14 9SH

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a collaborative healthcare team, supporting the delivery of meaningful change across customer sites. In this role, you will help drive process and system improvements across a range of healthcare environments, working closely with operational teams and client stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are well organised, clearly communicated, and successfully delivered. This position requires a highly collaborative approach, bringing structure and focus to project activity while using data and insight to track progress and support effective decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client and internal meetings, ensuring clear outcomes and agreed next steps
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration and trust
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align activity and ensure delivery progression
  • Track project actions and monitor progress to maintain delivery momentum
  • Plan and organise project activities, including key milestones and events
  • Maintain project documentation such as plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation where required
  • Provide clear and consistent project reporting to stakeholders

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences
  • Highly organised with effective planning and coordination abilities
  • Ability to use data and technology to support decision making and improvement
  • Collaborative mindset focused on achieving shared outcomes
  • Confident leading meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Logical and structured approach to managing tasks and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Awareness of facilities management or service-based environments is beneficial
  • Familiarity with project tools or systems such as Monday.com or similar
