yWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a Workforce Staffing Coordinator to support staffing operations across multiple hospital sites
.
Must be able to commute between below three hospital sites on rotation (ideally driving
- Princess of Wales Hospital – CF31 1RQ
- Royal Glamorgan Hospital – CF72 8XR
- Prince Charles Hospital – CF47 9DT
This is a dynamic and rewarding role combining recruitment, workforce coordination, and stakeholder engagement, playing a key part in ensuring safe staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and grow the staff bank in line with workforce demand
Manage staffing bookings and rota fulfilment across multiple systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital teams and stakeholders
Attend bed meetings to review staffing levels and workforce requirements
Monitor, analyse, and present workforce data to senior stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and compliance across staffing platforms
Manage workload and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination
Experience managing rotas or bookings within healthcare environments
Experience working with stakeholders across multiplesites
Experience in talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding
Ideal Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple systems and prioritise effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
