The opportunity
Join a well-established firm in West Berkshire known for trusted, face-to-face advice and strong client relationships.
You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support to build the skills needed to succeed—progressing into a confident, fully-fledged adviser.
What you’ll be doing
· Support senior advisers with client meetings and case management
· Learn to deliver mortgage & protection advice
· Assist with fact-finds, research, and recommendations
· Build relationships with clients and generate referrals
· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards
· Gradually take on your own client cases as you develop
What we’re looking for
· CeMAP qualified (or working towards it)
· Strong interest in building a career in financial services
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
· Professional, organised, and client-focused mindset
· Local knowledge or connections (desirable)
