An exciting opportunity for an immediate start Temporary highly organised and proactive EA & Team Coordinator to join a fast-paced media company. This position will run for 1 month with possibility to extend.
This is a dynamic role will be providing day-to-day operational support to both senior leadership and the wider Creative and Marketing teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly, coordinating activity, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Key responsibilities:
- Diary and administrative support to senior stakeholders
- Coordinating activity across Creative and Marketing teams
- Supporting leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking
- Organising team events and internal initiatives
- Acting as a central point of coordination in a busy, collaborative environment
About you:
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Keen to be involved in team culture and day-to-day operations, not just traditional PA duties
