We are partnering with a leading global brand in the media space in the search for an EA & Team Coordinator to support the leadership team and wider business. This role is based in West London and will be hybrid.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within the media or creative sector and will enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Role:
- Provide EA support to multiple senior stakeholders and the wider business
- Manage diaries, travel, and key meetings, including VIP and board-level activity
- Coordinate stakeholder visits and hospitality
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external EAs
- Support events, engagement initiatives, and ad hoc business projects
About You:
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders
- Strong prioritisation skills and adaptability across different working styles
- Confident managing high-profile meetings and stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
- Keen to get involved in wider business initiatives
