We are seeking a Workplace Host to join the team in a hands‑on, entry‑level facilities support role focused on maintaining a smooth and professional workplace environment. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and committed to delivering a positive experience for employees and visitors.
You will act as a visible and approachable onsite presence, supporting day‑to‑day workplace operations and ensuring high standards across facilities, front‑of‑house areas, and shared spaces. The position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day junior-level FM support across the workplace
- Cover FM responsibilities during team absence
- Maintain and service on-site barista coffee machines (stocking, cleaning, unloading)
- Manage dishwashers and general kitchen upkeep
- Carry out daily meeting room checks (cleanliness, setup, whiteboards, etc.)
- Perform morning building checks, including lighting and housekeeping standards
- Handle postal duties and log requests/issues via the helpdesk system
- Act as a visible, approachable onsite presence for employees and visitors

- Comfortable working in a corporate environment with high-level visitors
- Friendly and approachable with the ability to build relationships
