Site Manager (M&E)

London | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager (M&E) to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of major mechanical and electrical installation projects across the UK.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating day-to-day construction activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in driving site performance, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and promoting a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities on site.
  • Manage supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel across multiple work fronts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain delivery targets.
  • Support planning, resource management, and reporting activities.
  • Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily coordination meetings.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Site Manager or Supervisory role within construction, energy, utilities, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation activities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality

Essential Qualifications

  • SMSTS
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • CCNSG Safety Passport (or equivalent)
  • Working at Height
  • Manual Handling
  • Fire Safety Awareness
  • Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship, or Degree)
