Location: Finland

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading international contractor on a high-profile project, delivering complex electrical systems from installation through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of electrical packages on a large-scale data centre project.
  • Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and electrical design documentation.
  • Resolve technical and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support commissioning activities and system handover.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or Senior Electrical Engineer.
  • Experience delivering large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies, and commissioning processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Relevant electrical engineering qualification preferred.
