Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading global construction and property consultancy to recruit a Project Manager for a long-term capital investment programme based on one of Scotland’s most significant operational estates.

This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative Building Surveying team delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, infrastructure and estate improvement projects in a client-facing environment. You’ll oversee schemes from inception through to completion, working closely with stakeholders and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple capital projects across a live operational estate, including:

Managing projects through the full project lifecycle

Administering and delivering projects under NEC contracts

Coordinating consultants, contractors and client stakeholders

Managing programme, cost, quality and risk

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

Reporting progress and providing professional project management advice

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including consultancy, client-side or contractor organisations.

You’ll ideally have:

Project management experience within the built environment

Experience delivering refurbishment, CAPEX or estate improvement projects

Working knowledge of NEC contracts

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

A relevant construction qualification (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent desirable)
