A growing Pensions organisation is looking for a De‑Risking Senior Analyst to take a leading role in delivering complex, high quality projects for trustees, clients and internal teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong DB Pensions experience, whether you’re already working in de‑risking or you’re a Pension Administrator or Senior Administrator ready to step up into more technical, project focused work.
The Role
You’ll lead multiple de‑risking projects, working closely with Client Directors and acting as a key point of contact for technical guidance and project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading complex de‑risking projects to agreed deadlines and quality standards
- Performing pension calculations, data audits and risk analysis
- Implementing project plans aligned to client expectations
- Driving process improvements and sharing best practice
- Mentoring junior colleagues, including offshore teams
