About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AV Event Project Manager to join our dynamic live event delivery team, working across some of the most exciting projects in music, film & TV, sport, experiential, and corporate events
.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will take ownership of projects from initial brief through to successful onsite delivery. You will be responsible for turning creative and technical requirements into fully costed, safely delivered, high-quality live event solutions
.Working within a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate technical resources, manage budgets, lead onsite delivery teams, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard—on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the full project lifecycle and ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include
- Acting as the main client contact for allocated projects
- Interpreting client briefs and translating them into accurate technical solutions and quotations
- Producing detailed project plans, work schedules, and delivery strategies
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and commercial performance
- Allocating technical equipment, crew, and third-party resources effectively
- Overseeing onsite delivery, ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times
- Coordinating CAD drawings, schematics, and equipment lists in collaboration with technical teams
- Liaising with hire desk and operations teams to resolve equipment availability and resource requirements
- Managing subcontractors and outsourced suppliers where required
- Producing and maintaining all project documentation, including risk assessments and health & safety paperwork
- Ensuring CRM systems and project records are kept accurate and up to date
- Conducting post-event debriefs with clients and capturing feedback for continuous improvement
- Supporting invoicing, reconciliation, and final project close-out
- Working closely with sales, account management, and business development teams to support wider business goals
Contributing to operational improvements, internal processes, and ISO standards compliance
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with strong experience in live events or technical production who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment.
You will ideally bring
- Strong understanding of live event production including video, audio, lighting, and power systems
- Working knowledge of rigging principles and onsite production workflows
- Previous experience in a project management or senior technical role within live events
- Confidence in leading onsite teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong financial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive projects forward
