You’ll collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers to build innovative AI solutions while contributing to research with real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning systems and AI agents.
- Build scalable tools and infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and execute complex experiments involving large AI models and datasets.
- Collaborate closely with research scientists and software engineers.
- Translate research ideas into production-quality Python code.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge machine learning technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on programming experience with Python and PyTorch.
- Experience developing or fine-tuning machine learning models at scale.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Generative AI or LLM research.
- Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Experience with AI agents, post-training, reinforcement learning, or large-scale experimentation.
- Previous experience within leading technology companies, research labs, startups, or academic research environments.
