As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our presence in the UK market and are seeking an ambitious business development professional to lead this expansion.

The Opportunity

This role will initially focus on individual contributor business development, driving new client acquisition and revenue growth across the UK market. You will be supported by EER Global’s established international infrastructure, including recruiting, sourcing, operational, and technology resources.

As performance and market traction justify expansion, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated UK team, making this an ideal role for either an experienced manager or a strong individual contributor ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for the UK market.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, founders, and executives.
  • Sell permanent recruitment, executive search, and headhunting services to UK-based companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with EER Global’s recruiting and sourcing teams to ensure successful delivery for clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
  • Represent the company in the UK market and help establish EER Global as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Contribute to the future development of the UK business, including team-building and leadership responsibilities as the operation grows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience.
  • Proven experience selling permanent recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition services.
  • Strong track record of generating new business and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth.
  • Experience managing people or teams is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Candidates who have demonstrated leadership potential but have not yet had the opportunity to formally manage a team are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. EER Global is not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
