As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest clients, I am seeking a M365 Copilot Engineer for our retail client in London area.

The project and responsibilities:
We are looking for a Medior M365 Copilot Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver AI-powered productivity solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.
- Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain custom Copilot extensions, plugins, and automations.
- Collaborate with business users to identify use cases and improve productivity through AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are followed within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Copilot implementations.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Azure innovations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
- Experience with security, identity management, and governance within Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Services.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Experience developing custom integrations using C#, .NET, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or Copilot.
