Job Description:

PRS are working with a leading FM Services provider who are looking to expand their team with a Technical Supervisor to work on one of their largest contracts.

This role offers progression, one-to-one training and a competitive salary of £60k. This role is based in the City of London and is a Monday – Friday position (8am – 5pm).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as on-site HV/LV Authorised Person when qualified and on shift.
  • Manage Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) systems, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and client requirements.
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to RAMS, safe working practices, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Manage day engineers and shift teams, providing technical support and performance oversight.
  • Maintain CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo) and ensure accurate completion of maintenance records.
  • Ensure statutory, regulatory, and code compliance across all site operations.
  • Support procurement, quotations, asset management, and additional works opportunities.
  • Work closely with management and clients to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in critical facilities, building services, or engineering maintenance environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, PTW, LOTO, and safe systems of work.
  • Experience managing engineers, subcontractors, and maintenance schedules.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Maximo or similar.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.

This is a large portfolio of landlord buildings where you will be expected to manage 4 buildings at a time and a team of 6 engineers both mechanical and electrical.
