About You

• Proven experience in first principles estimating – pricing labour, plant and materials for groundworks, sub and super concrete structures, complex civil engineering, excavation, temporary works, steel structures, deconstruction projects.
• Confident in managing the full estimating lifecycle, from bid preparation to post-tender award and handover.
• Previous experience on site in engineering or commercial roles is desirable but not essential – most importantly, you understand and value the logic and principles that drive the numbers
• At least 15 years experience.
• You build credibility through action and impact not job title
